Live A/V Recording of Graham
"Canada Festival" in Winnipeg

WINNIPEG, CANADA – The 16,000-seat MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba hosted three evenings of services and performances of the Central Canada Festival, drawing overflow crowds totaling more than 44,000.

Franklin Graham delivered the gospel message to the crowds and seven Christian musical acts performed throughout the weekend event, including: The Newsboys, Casting Crowns, Rebecca St. James, and Michael W. Smith. A local choir of some 600 also performed.

The event was shot in HD and audio was recorded digitally. Dome Productions, Toronto (www.domeproductions.com) used nine cameras to cover the event, with truck-fed video to five large screens in the Centre. Audio was recorded using a digital audio truck from CSP Mobile, Saco, ME (www.cspmobile.com) with a Yamaha PM1D console. Greg Hunt and Gary Leach of Rosewood Studios in Tyler, TX (www.rosewoodstudios.com) mixed audio in CSP's Unit 6.

"We've worked with CSP for the past six years on Graham events," says Leach, "and they are total professionals."

The audio and video from the Canada Festival is currently being posted by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association for prime time broadcast release to U.S. and Canadian affiliates, six times throughout the year, in news magazine format programming.
